Run your org — across Discord, the web, and in-game.

A self-hosted command centre for a Star Citizen organisation: membership and structure, events and ops, a treasury that pays itself out, governance your members actually vote on, and a live HUD that shows each pilot the org around them. One source of truth, three surfaces.

Sign in with Discord. What you can see and do is scoped to your roles — automatically.

What it does

Membership

Structure & roles

Model regions, divisions, offices, ranks and classes — and the platform reconciles your Discord roles to match. Members self-serve joins; officers assign the rest.

Operations

Events & ops

Create events with RSVP, sign-ups, check-in and recurring series. Run an op, record the haul, and pay the crew out automatically — tithe taken at source.

Governance

Decisions, ratified

Consequential actions don't just happen — they're proposed and ratified: fast Council signatures for routine calls, full member referendums for the big ones. No-confidence and elections built in.

Economy

Treasury & tithe

An aUEC treasury fed by a configurable tithe, split fairly to the crew, divided into budgets and savings funds. Model a rule change against real history before you put it to a vote.

Assets

Fleet & inventory

A vehicle register with check-out / return / maintenance, an append-only asset ledger, and one unified “what does the org own, and where” view.

Recognition

Merit & discipline

Award merit that auto-promotes on a threshold, and run a transparent, charter-based discipline ladder — warnings through expulsion, with appeals that go to a vote.

In-game

Live HUD + StarStats

Opt in and a desktop link feeds a HUD that shows the org around you: who's online, which ships are out, and your current op's orders — all scoped to what you're allowed to see.

Operated as data

Config & audit

Charter rules — tithe %, quorum, council size, thresholds — are live config, changed only by a winning vote, and every consequential action is audited and public.

What you could do with it

Stand up a chapter

Define your regions and divisions once; the bot creates and syncs the matching Discord roles. New members run /join and slot themselves into the right place.

Run a mining op and pay the crew

Schedule the event, check players in, record the gross — the platform takes the tithe, splits the rest across the crew (with a share for the ship owner), and logs it all.

Change the tithe — democratically

Model the new rate against the last 90 days of real ops, attach those figures as evidence, and put it to the Council. The config only changes when the vote passes.

Track the fleet

Register org ships, sign them out for an op, and see at a glance which are deployed and where — on the web or live in the in-game HUD.

Hold leadership accountable

Call a no-confidence vote or run a council election straight from Discord; members vote, the result executes itself, and a public notice is posted.

Give pilots situational awareness

A member enables the StarStats link and gets a HUD overlay: roster, fleet movement, and their op's orders — without leaking anything they aren't cleared for.

aUEC only. Every figure on the platform is in-game currency. It never touches real money — it's a tool for running a game org, not a payment system.
