How to use the platform
Everything the org runs on lives in two places: Discord slash commands (type / in your server) and the web panel. They share one permission model, so anything you can do in one you can usually do in the other. The pill on each command shows the permission it needs; anyone means no special role.
Getting started
Sign in once with Discord; the platform maps your Discord roles to permissions on every request, so a role change (or a suspension) takes effect immediately.
/whoamiShow your auth roles and the exact permissions they resolve to.anyone/link on · off · statusOpt in/out of the StarStats desktop integration and see what the org can read.anyone/calendar subscribe · revokeGet a personal iCal/webcal feed of org events; rotate or revoke the token any time.anyoneWeb equivalent: Panel → Me shows your roles, link status and calendar subscription.
Membership & structure
The org's shape — regions, divisions, offices, ranks, classes — is modelled here and mirrored onto Discord roles automatically.
/join region · division · leaveSelf-service: place yourself into a region or division (or leave).anyone/requestRequest an assignment change that an officer approves.anyone/member region · division · class · rank · office · removeOfficer tool to assign structural roles to a member.member.approve/structure add-region · add-division · add-office · add-rank · add-class · rename…Edit the org structure; Discord roles re-sync to match.structure.manage/provision sync · statusReconcile Discord roles to the org model and see any drift.structure.manage/channel add · list · plan · removeManage the org's channel registry; “plan” is a dry run.structure.manageEvents & ops
Schedule, fill, run and pay out events. Recurring series, RSVPs, check-in, and tithed payouts are all here.
/event createCreate an event (type, region, time, lead, official flag, min-RSVP).event.create/event rsvp · signup · checkinMembers respond, sign up, and check in on the day.event.rsvp/event recur · series · endseriesMake an event a recurring series and manage it.event.manage/event start · complete · cancel · reschedule · payoutRun the lifecycle and pay the crew out (tithe taken at source).event.manage/event request · requests · approve · declineMembers propose events; officers approve them.event.manageWeb equivalent: Panel → Events for RSVP/check-in; Calendar for the schedule + your feed.
Governance, votes & elections
Consequential actions are proposed, then ratified before they execute. Routine calls take Council signatures (a simple majority of the council); the big ones go to a full member referendum (needs a pass-% and a quorum). When a proposal passes it executes itself and posts a public notice.
/council sign · proposals · expediteCouncil members sign open proposals; expedite executes now, ratified retroactively.governance.sign/voteCast your ballot in a member referendum.governance.vote/no-confidenceCall a member vote to remove an officer (charter Art. VI).governance.vote/election council · vote · status · listRun and vote in plurality elections for council seats.governance.voteWeb equivalent: Panel → Governance shows live tallies and lets you cast; Elections for candidates.
Treasury, tithe & funds
An aUEC treasury fed by a tithe on payouts. You can model a rule change against real history before proposing it — the sandbox commits nothing; a real change rides a governance vote with the figures attached.
/treasury balance · spend · setchannelSee the balance; propose a spend for ratification.treasury.view/economy model · projectReplay recent ops under a proposed tithe / split, or project the treasury forward. Commits nothing.treasury.view/economy proposetithePut a tithe change to the Council with the model figures as evidence.treasury.manage/budget income · allocateConfigure income sources and divide the treasury into per-area envelopes.treasury.manage/fund create · contribute · statusSavings buckets with targets and caps (e.g. a capital-ship fund).treasury.manageWeb equivalent: Treasury, Budget, Funds (model + propose right from the page).
Assets, fleet & holdings
Track what the org owns and where it is — a fleet register, an asset ledger, and one combined view.
/fleet add · list · checkout · return · maintain · repair · reserve · manifestVehicle register: sign ships out for ops, track maintenance and reservations.fleet.manage/asset move · list · auditAppend-only inventory ledger; large disposals route to a governance vote.asset.move/holdingsOne summary: treasury + fleet + inventory. The treasury line shows only with treasury.view.asset.viewRecognition & discipline
Reward contribution and handle conduct, transparently and by the charter.
/merit award · board · standingAward merit (auto-promotes past a threshold); view the leaderboard and your standing.recognition.award/discipline warn · suspend · expel · appeal · statusThe charter Art. X ladder; suspend/expel need Council, appeals go to a member vote.member.disciplineWeb equivalent: most of these live under Panel → Officer.
Config & identity
The org's rules and brand are data — changed live, audited, and (for identity) governance-gated.
/config list · setView/edit org config: tithe %, quorum, council size, windows, thresholds. Audited.config.write/identity show · set · propose_nameView/edit branding; a name change goes to a member vote.config.writeIn-game HUD & the StarStats link
Opt in with /link on and your StarStats desktop client connects to an authenticated channel. It reports only a coarse zone/status (never your coordinates), and in return the platform pushes you the org around you: the roster of members online, org ships currently signed out, and — if you're checked into a live op — that op's type, region and orders.
Everything outbound is scoped to your permissions server-side: without member.view you get a personal slice, not the full roster. Suspended members drop off entirely. The same authenticated channel powers the in-game HUD overlay.
/link off cuts it instantly. The boundary is read-only and ToS-safe.The web panel
Everything above has a point-and-click home at /panel (Discord sign-in). The pages:
