Medical Rescue

support / rescue

Field-stabilize and revive downed players, then deliver them to a medbed matching their injury tier — the Hemozal revive loop, medical beacons, and the dedicated Apollo/Cutlass Red rescue ships.

Steps

  1. Watch the Contract Manager's Beacons tab for a Medical Assistance beacon, or respond directly if you find an incapacitated player.
  2. Accept the beacon to receive a Quantum Travel marker to the patient's location.
  3. On arrival, use a Hemozal-delivering medical device or MedPen on the incapacitated player before their down-timer expires — it shortens further if they keep taking damage, bleeding, or suffer extreme temperature or dehydration.
  4. Check injury severity by body part (head, chest, arms, legs); Minor and Moderate symptoms can be relieved on-site with the matching CureLife pen or any medbed, while Severe injuries need a medbed at or above the required tier.
  5. If the patient needs more than field stabilization, load them aboard a ship with a suitable-tier medbed, or a dedicated medical ship.
  6. Use the medbed's treatment-selection UI, or let it auto-select the best treatment if the patient is unconscious.
  7. Confirm MedGel stock covers the highest injury tier you'll treat, and restock at a hospital or clinic if running low.
  8. Complete the beacon; the responder is paid the amount the requester set at creation, plus any org or Guild reputation for rescue work.
  9. If you are the one who went down, hold the rescue-beacon prompt (default M) and stay alive as long as possible until help arrives or the incapacitation timer runs out and you regenerate at your set respawn location.
